The Perfect Layout
Walking into these suites felt like coming home. The separate living area with a full kitchen was a game-changer. We could make breakfast, store leftovers from our Disney meals, and actually relax without feeling cramped. The king bed was incredibly comfortable - we slept better here than at home!
Exceptional Value
At just $110/night, we got more space and amenities than hotels charging twice that price. The kitchen saved money on meals, and having a separate living area meant we could unwind without sitting on the bed. It felt like having a mini apartment!

What We Loved Most
The feeling of having a home base rather than just a hotel room. We could cook, relax, and truly unwind between park days. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect - close enough to Disney but far enough to escape the crowds.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn was a textbook example of a hassle-free family trip. We found the rooms bright and clean, with cozy beds and all the essentials (microwave, fridge, USB charging ports, etc.). Each morning our kids ran excitedly to the breakfast room.
🍳 Breakfast Experience
The buffet was "very good with many options" – there were waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal and fresh fruit. Even our toddler loved the Mickey waffles on Sundays! The dining area was spacious with highchairs and friendly staff keeping it well stocked. Service was uniformly great; every staff member was cheerful and helpful.
🏊 Pool Time Highlights
Pool time became a highlight. The outdoor pool was heated and had a shallow splash zone for our little one. There's also a separate splash pad and grassy play area that the kids loved. We discovered it really "beats the Disney hotel" experience for a bit of downtime. In the late afternoons, one of us relaxed at the Cabana Bar while the other joined the kids in a game of poolside Bocce ball.
📍 Perfect Location
The location is a winner, too. We walked to nearby restaurants (pizza, BBQ and Mexican spots) and even a convenience store for supplies. There's a 7-Eleven and Target within walking distance, which came in handy for quick snack runs. We felt truly taken care of, from the early-boarding shuttle service to Disney to the warm evening atmosphere at the pool.

Staying at Home2 Suites felt like having our own condo in Orlando. The suite layout was fantastic – we had a separate living area and kitchen space that made evenings in very comfortable. During the day, the kids had a blast at the hotel's massive pool complex with its water slide. They talked about it all week – "the pool was huge with a slide," as another guest noted. In fact, they loved it more than some Disney resort pools! Nearby, we used the outdoor grills for a casual hot-dog lunch one afternoon, which felt like a mini back-yard picnic.

Every morning we took advantage of the free breakfast. It was a hearty spread (eggs, pastries, oatmeal, etc.) – and indeed "the breakfast was great with lots of options." One small bonus: the lobby coffee bar was always stocked, so there was never a shortage of caffeine. Location-wise, Home2 is very handy. It's quiet (we slept without a sound), yet just a block from shops and quick service eateries.

Our family weekend at Homewood Suites felt like an extended retreat, blending luxury and hominess. Checking in was smooth, and the spacious suite was spotless with tons of natural light. Our one-bedroom suite had a full kitchen (even dishes and utensils!), and a large living room with a sofa – perfect for unwinding while the kids built Lego or played on the giant TV.

The pool and amenities really set Homewood apart. Our kids spent hours at the pool with slide, and I noticed a lifeguard on duty – one reviewer pointed this out as a nice safety feature. In the late afternoon, we gathered around one of the fire pits with other families – roasting marshmallows and letting the little ones play on the adjacent lawn.

Evenings often meant grilling dinner on the outdoor BBQs by the sports courts, which kept everyone entertained. The location felt especially convenient: as Anthony noted, "excellent location for a quick drive to all Disney properties" and lots of good dining options nearby. Indeed, we tried local BBQ one night and Mexican another, both just moments away.
